Ugly / Boring Bathroom Contest

OFFICIAL RULES-NO PURCHASE NECESSARY To Enter, complete Official Entry Form. All entry forms must be received by July 19, 2010; limit one entry per household. Luxury Bath Systems of Rochester (LBR) is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries. The address listed on the entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed if such entry is selected as a winner. By entering this contest you are acknowledging an interest in the quality products and services provided by LBR, and understand you may be contacted regarding your possible interest in our products and services in the future. Grand Prize $5,000, 2nd Place $3,500, and 3rd Place $1,500. All prizes include professional installation by (LBR). Winning entries will receive a $5,000, $3,500, or $1,500 allowance to be applied towards our Build-a-Bath in 5 Easy Steps Program (tub or shower, vanity base, vanity top, plumbing fixtures, and flooring). The winner will be determined by a combination of popular vote on the website, bad design, energy wastefulness and the best judgment of LBR representatives. Representatives from LBR must be allowed access to the ugly/boring bathroom entry to examine project. Winners will be posted on website on or before July 26, 2010. Limit one prize to individual or household. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed without LBR’s written permission. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. The winning entry will responsible for: Installation from LBR including permit fees, taxes, any hazardous material removal and abatement (e.g. lead paint) and any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building, mechanical and electrical codes (applicable costs will be discussed before hand). Homeowners must be at least 18 years of age as of May 1, 2010. This offer is void where prohibited. Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. Entrants agree to hold LBR, its owners, officers, agents, and employees harmless for any injuries, loss, or damages related to the contest. Employees of LBR, vendors, and subcontractors of LBR are not eligible.
